Arriving in Australia from Iran in April 2012 Gelareh quickly set to work immersing herself in the rich and vibrant musical culture that Melbourne has to offer.
This album was put together over nine months and is a reflection of Gelareh’s experiences as she discovered her new home city.
Comprised of many different recording sessions from many different places Tanin-e Melbourne is the resonance of hopes, dreams, and love.
